STI SiC Division succeeded in developing SiC PVT single crystal manufacturing equipment and 6N (99.9999%) high purity SiC powder,
a core material for power semiconductors.
We provide raw materials, equipment, and technology to the mid to upper stream of the entire SiC industry process.
We are contributing to the development of the SiC industry through continuous R&D.
In addition, we completed the development of Synthetic Quartz, a key material for the semiconductor etching process.
